General conditions
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS – GENERAL CONDITIONS AT KERAVEL VACANCES :
During school holidays, minimum stay 1 week from Saturday (4 pm) to following Saturday (10 am). A damage deposit will be asked for on arrival.
- 150 € for full board
- 350 € for a self-catering bungalow
It will be given back to you on your departure after inventory has been checked. Holiday tax should be paid on the premises.
Booking and registration fees :
- Families : 40 €
- Individuals : 20 €
- Weekends : 10 €
Cancelation conditions :
- more than 45 days : 5%
- 21 to 44 days : 25 %
- 8 to 20 days : 50 %
- 2 to 7 days : 75 %
- Less than 2 days : 100 %
Payment :
- Deposit for booking : 250 Euros for a weekly stay
- 480 € for more than a week
- The balance should be paid when you receive your bill, (which should be) about a month before your holiday.
Short stays (less than 4 nights) :
- + 15% except Easter weekend, Ascension day and Whitsun.
- Supplement for an individual room from 07/07 to 25/08 : 10 Euros per day for a child in a V4
The letter confirming your booking will be asked for on arrival.
If there are extra people in your party, we need at least 24 hours notice.
Visitors are accepted as long as they are presented at the reception under the lodger’s responsibility and only for the day. Your guests may have lunch in the restaurant if they book.
A damage deposit of 150 € for full and half-boards will be asked for, and 300 € for the self-catering bungalows and chalets. This will cover any damage to borrowed equipment (games etc ..) and your key.
